The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its flimsy design as well as hard plastic seats and a design that seems dated. It's also expensive compared to other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not the best option when you're looking for an economical option.
It's not the lightest stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs without much effort. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push when your legs hang like that. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you have to slide a slider before you push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud has an adult and child tray with two cup holders, but they're too narrow to comfortably hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for traveling. Your child must be at least six months old and have a good neck control in order to ride on the front seat. It does come with a nice, three panel sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as parent cupholders.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight side by side stroller. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It comes with a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds in one seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that is light in weight but also packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds and comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller is also able to fit a child's car seat and has an easy-to-engage brake that flips. This stroller is designed to expand as your child grows. It can be converted from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged six months and over.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it only has swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking options therefore it may not be the best choice for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It is able to maneuver well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, though, so it's still an excellent choice for the majority of families.

The stroller is lightweight enough to be able to navigate through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars sit close to the ground. Its only flaw is its small storage space, which can feel tight when stuffed with kid stuff.
